A Study on Workplace Stress on Employee Performance amongst the Working Adults in Kuala Lumpur

In today’s business environment, workplace stress being an important factor in influencing employee performance in any organization. A variety of workplace stress is examined in this study. Ultimately, the goal of this study is to find out what factors contribute to workplace stress in Kuala Lumpur, and how that stress affects employees’ ability to perform their jobs. The independent variables for this study are workload job insecurity, role ambiguity and working relationship.
The dependent variable is stress. An analysis on factors of workplace stress and way to prevail over the stress has provided in this paper. This research will provide better understanding on the workplace that influencing employee performance. Comprehension on the workplace stress will help to plan proper way to manage the employees.
