The research assesses the Talent Management, psychological contract and employee engagement in government-linked companies. The main objective of the study is to improve the understanding on the talent management definition. It is also to assess the role of psychological contract as mediator in influencing the engagement of employees. Multiple regression analysis is adopted in this research. The main variables involved; Talent management as independent variable, psychological contract as mediator and employee engagement as dependent variable. The result anyhow shows there is significant relationship between talent management and employee engagement. The mediator; psychological contract is stated as partial mediation between talent management and employee engagement.
