Quality talent in Islamic Finance industry (2015),Jun
Abstract
The growth of Islamic finance (IF) in the past decade has been marvelous. As the industry expands into untapped markets, there is a need to develop talented human capital who understand the industry and its underlying Shariah principles to support this growth.
In response to the uproar of a lack of talented human capital, an online research was conducted. Currently, many educational institutions are providing professional and academic programs beginning from the diploma level to the PhD level in Islamic finance in various countries.
