Abstract

This business is on the production and supply of freshwater catfish De’ Manggis Fisheries (DMF) focuses on the production of quality products specifically for Muslim consumers who are fond of halal catfish, and thus contributing towards enhancing our national economy. Like all types of small businesses, many fail due to poor planning or misguided management. As more new entrepreneurs enter the market due to the decline of the economy, it is important to identify the proper components of a business plan for halal, omega 3 and fresh fish product. In this paper, Halal, Omega 3 and Fresh Fish with a new concept farm will focus in halal, omega 3 and fresh water fish had outlined our business plan in order to avoid any failure.
