Abstract
This study aims to study the influences of price perception towards airline internet booking in Malaysia. This study measure the customers’ price perception influences by using the imbedded variables of perceived risk, website design, cost convenience, trust of websites, internet knowledge and empowerment. A questionnaire was distributed to customers who are currently at Low cost Courier Terminal (LCCT) and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and through online to selected people from various backgrounds but who has used airline internet booking in Malaysia. The significance of this study is it can be implemented to all service organization that practices or is trying to penetrate the market using technology systems and tools.
