Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact on the success of non-corporate business entities, namely Cooperatives, based on three different types of leadership styles, namely democratic leadership style, autocratic leadership style and also laissez-faire. The study uses a quantitative method where survey questions were prepared for 150 respondents who are staff and also members of representatives and members of cooperatives under the auspices of a cooperative affiliated with the Malaysian government body, namely Koperasi Anggota RISDA Malaysia Berhad or its acronym KARISMA. The questions were prepared using a five-point Likert scale method and will be analyzed using SPSS software. Demographic techniques and regression analysis are used to identify the correlation between variables in justifying the learning hypothesis of the paper
