Abstract

Poverty is one of the biggest issues since few decades ago and the entire world is working together to fight against poverty without any urges. The existence of poverty until today remains as a significant factor where as many scholars and expert institutions working to alleviate it So any study have been conducted and there is many formula implemented to eradicate poverty but still not much change, why? What would be the perfect action against poverty? Anyway here will be plenty of questions to be asked but where is the solution? Poverty exists all over the world and because of its consequences it must be combated. The term poverty means many different things. Wikipedia the free encyclopaedia defined poverty is the state of one who lacks a certain amount of material possessions or money. Absolute poverty or destitution refers to the deprivation of basic human needs, which commonly includes food, water, sanitation, clothing, shelter, health care and education. Relative poverty is defined contextually as economic inequality in the location or society in which people live. In order to study further on poverty it will be counting by referring to those living on less than $1 a day and this is the international poverty line denoted by the United Nations. 

In this thesis, it will be focused on how the study and practice of economic contribution to understanding the causes and effects of poverty in contemporary time, and what economic, government and non-government policies recommend that society can do to reduce it. In particular it will be emphasized onto economic growth, government and nongovernmental policies and its implementations as the technical, tool to fight poverty that aimed to achieve Poverty reduction goal. Here in this paper the contention includes effects of corruption on society with existence of poverty, because corruption also grabs the international attention due to its wide effect on the economic growth and social development. While the whole world come to the same platform to fight out poverty as well as corruption which enriching poverty line through its hypnotize. Wikipedia the free encyclopaedia defined; in philosophical, theological, or moral discussion, corruption is spiritual or moral impurity or deviation from an ideal. Corruption may include many activities including bribery and embezzlement. Government, or ‘political’, corruption occurs when an office-holder or other governmental employee acts in an official capacity for his or her own personal gain.
