Nyiru’s Growing Pain

Abstract
This case study is based on the primary research by interviewing the main protagonist and as the owner of this company, Shahrom bin Mohd Saleh. Shahrom is the key person of Nyiru Food Industries Sdn. Bhd and as the person who responsible to set up the company. Related person in this case study are his wife Puan Norsyaikila binti Abdullah as a share partner and Puan Rubiah binti All is his mother and as a partner in the previous company. The secondary data in this case study are collected by searching and finding from the reliable and related internet sources.
Nyiru Food Industries Sdn. Bhd is one of Small Medium Enterprise (SME) company was established by Shahrom at the end of year 2015. He established this company with his wife Norsyaikila as the board of directors after nine years managing the enterprise company. Before set-up this private limited company, Shahrom began his entrepreneurial career after finished his study from Institut Kemahiran MARA (IKM) in 2005. He join his family company Kaswada Enterprise as a partner with his mother PuanRubiah.
The ownership of this company is held by Shahrom bin Mohd Saleh with 70% of shares and Norsyaikila binti Abdullah as his partner with 30% of shares. Due to this company is owned by Shahrom and his wife, the management of the company was handled together and the decision will be made by both of them.
