Abstract
The research analyse the challenges of leadership in Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar Kolej Profesional MARA of Bandar Melaka. A SWOT analysis and TOWS analysis were used to identify the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats from internal and external environment of the MPP of Kolej Profesional MARA Bandar Melaka. The result shows that the challenges are able to overcome by doing a GAPS analysis in leadership development planning, keeping a journal or planner to keep track time, building good relationship with high management and learn to trust and support each of the members of MPP regardless of age and experience.
