Abstract

This paper aims to reveal the psychological impact of those employees who were stranded and forced to work from home during the Covid19 pandemic in Malaysia.

The paper deliberates on the challenges the respondents faced during the unexpected movement control order imposed on the country in early 2020. A social survey was conducted among 104 working employees and data were then analysed to support this
case study.

The conclusion derived offer some strategies to overcome the psychological impact of working from home during a pandemic like Covid19.
